1.  Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between Aarig Enterprise and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Until this point, all goods remain the property of Aarig Enterprise.

2. Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within two working days. All orders are dispatched via courier service, local postal services, or international shipping.

  • Delivery delays are not grounds for return or refund.
  • You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

3. Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Aarig Enterprise is subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with alternative options.

  • Orders can be canceled if payment has not yet been made.
  • Once payment has been made, the order can only be canceled before it has been dispatched.

    • If the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging, we will issue a return number and provide a return address. The shipping cost for the return will be your responsibility.
    • If the product has been opened or used, we will forward your feedback to the supplier. Refunds for opened items will be at the supplier’s discretion.
  • If you receive the wrong product, notify us within one working day. If an error has been made on our part, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
